High Power Krypton Lamp

 

 

This Krypton RF powered lamp system is a reliable and maintenance free high intensity source of deep VUV emissions from 116.5 to 170nm.  This source mounts to a 6” Conflat® flange or Acton/McPherson Flange for convenient connection to any UHV system.  VUV fluxes greater than 100mW are delivered through the output window for use in vacuum applications such as photo ionization, photolithography and mass spectroscopy.
